Founded and incorporated in 1995, Finali Limited is a privately held Real Estate Development Company specializing in high end residential and commercial developments. It acquires and develops Raw Land into modern master planned gated communities. It is headquartered in Accra, Ghana. The company began after initially acquiring 45 acres of Land in the East Airport Area of Accra.

In 1996, the company acquired additional Land in the same area and a few years later, it acquired more Land in other parts of the Country. Through further acquisition and expansion, Finali now owns approximately 5500 acres in five different areas in Ghana.
