FINALI LIMITED LAND ACQUISITION HISTORY
22 Years of Growth

1995:
Company founded.
45 acres of land are acquired in the East Airport Area of Accra.

1996:
Company acquires approximately 109 acres in nearby Obediben for future development programs.

1997:
Company names the area Airport Hills and receives Land Title Certificate numbers: GA 8922 and GA10404 from the Land Title Registry, the only Institution mandated by the Powers of the Constitution to grant Title to Land.

1998:
The “Triangle”, a vast area located between the two properties was acquired, adding another 55 acres of prime Land to our portfolio.

1999:
Company acquires more land in the Airport Hills area (approximately 100 acres).

Company also acquires 350 acres in Ngleshie Amanfro, near Bortianor Beach.

2000:
Company acquires 65 additional acres in the Area

2001:
Company acquires 310 acres in Dodowa, a suburb of Accra.

2002:
Company obtains a Lease and License from the Ghana Railway Company for all railway reservation land bordering the Airport Hills property for horticulture purposes.

2004:
Company acquires a total of approximately 2000 acres in other towns throughout the country

2005:
The Company continued to acquire more Land in the General East Airport Area, which expanded the Airport Hills property to 394 acres.

2008:
A Total area of approximately 44 acres of adjoining Land was
acquired for $1.5 million bringing the total Airport Hills acreage to over 400.

2009:
The Company continues to acquire prime land throughout the country. It currently has over 3500 acres in its land bank.
