Our primary asset consists of Land in Ghana. Most of our Land holdings are underlain with high quality natural groundwater resources and have shown potential for various uses including water storage, agricultural development and real Estate development.

Given projections of continued population growth, water supply limitations and infrastructure challenges facing the country, we are currently pursuing the highest and best use of our assets to meet the rising demand for water and Land.

Airport Hills Property

Airport Hills is a relatively new 24-hour guard gated master planned development, which unusually, is situated in the heart of the city. It is the only centrally-located development where it is possible to build your own home (subject to a strict architectural review process), within a secure development, where land ownership issues have been ironed out and the infrastructure (water, electricity, roads and drains) precedes settlement.

Finali is committed to creating an exclusive owner-occupied Estate not only of exceptional architecture and recreation, but also one that reflects an overall feel of community.

The development is fifteen minutes from the Kotoka International Airport, and ten minutes away from the Accra mall. It spans an area of approximately 400 acres and is subdivided into eight (8) different phases, each characterized by unique features, views, slopes and soil variations.

Our second largest landholding is comprised of approximately 350 acres at Ngleshie Amanfro in Accra- Ghana. This holding is located approximately 15 miles from Accra and about 5 miles from Kokrobite Beach.

Other Properties

We own additional acreage (approximately 2500 acres) throughout Greater Accra and other Regions in the country. The company will utilize these lands in future for the creation of gated master planned communities and commercial villages.
